We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment or discrimination towards any artist, participant, or organiser. Anyone found engaging in such behavior will be asked to leave the event venue.

Please ensure that you carry a valid identity card with you at all times.

The Organisers, Venue management, and Performers are not liable for any injuries or damages that may occur during the event.

The consumption of alcohol or any illegal substances is strictly prohibited inside the venue.

Please note that there are no refunds available for purchased tickets, even in the case of rescheduling.

In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling due to natural calamities such as rain, earthquakes, storms, or flooding, please understand that we are unable to offer refunds.

Ticket transfers are not permitted.

For the safety of all attendees, the following items are strictly prohibited inside the venue: guns, weapons, sharp objects, glass bottles, fireworks, chemicals, and lasers.

Entry will not be granted to individuals who are in an intoxicated state.

Our security team will be present at the entry gate to ensure everyone's safety. Please cooperate with the security procedures, including being frisked for illegal and prohibited items.

Entry to the event is at the sole discretion of the organisers.

Please note that the organisers reserve the right to deny late entry to the event.
