- General Tickets are only valid for wet zone.

- Costumes are available for free - with a refundable deposit of ₹100.

- Locker Facility available with ₹100 Rent + ₹100 refundable deposit.

- Children tickets are only valid for children below 4ft.

- Tickets once booked aren't cancellable.

- In case the amount has been deducted and the desired ticket isn’t allocated, a full refund will be credited to original payment mode within 5-7 working days.

- The organizers aren't responsible for interruptions or minor challenges occuring due to natural calamities.

1.Right to admission are reserved with management.

2.Rate & Timings of the park are subject to change without any prior notice.

3.Children below 33" (inch) height are admitted free (Not applicable for school groups).

4.Children must be accompanied by an adult.

5.Tickets once sold is not refundable / transferable.

6.The ticket is for single entry only, re-entry is not allowed with the same ticket.

7.Outside food & beverages are not allowed in the park.

8.Smoking, chewing of pan, Pan masala, consumption of liquor and any other intoxicant inside the park is strictly prohibited.

9.All visitors are requested to get them checked for safety & convenience of their own & others.

10.Any kind of arms and ammunition is not allowed in the park.

11.Nylon/Lycra Swimming costumes are compulsory to enjoy the water park facilities.

12. Commercial Photography & Videography is not allowed in the park without permission.

13.Costumes, tubes, towels, lockers etc. will be provided on rental basis inside the park.

14. It is advisable not to bring valuables, management will not be responsible for any loss or damage of the valuables/personal belongings of the guests.

15.A ride/facility may be out of order due to technical snag or any other reason, no refund/consideration shall be made for the same.

16.If due to negligence on the part of the guest anything is damaged, the guest will be held responsible and will reimburse the cost of the damaged things.

17.For safer rides guests are asked to follow the instructions.

18.If any guest is found conducting inappropriate behavior or misbehaving with others, the management holds the right to make them leave the park and in that condition, entry charge will not be refunded.
